Ordered 6 batteries urgently for an ongoing boat refit
Very clear re urgency of delivery
3 weeks later they're still not delivered we had to purchase elsewhere
They finally replied - insultingly asking if we'd refused delivery. Dur... of course not
They said they'd resend. I said no as they were too late and the work was done.
They tried to insist on redelivery. I said no as the boat is now moved and out at sea.
Frankly having read other reviews I'm glad as their products sound dangerous - burning out, fires, shorting - which on a boat is just a no.
Waiting on refund that I had to get really stroppy to obtain. I wait to see my refund.
No phone contact. Unworking 24 hour e contact. Slow to respond. Don't listen.
Awful awful company.
AVOID! Can't leave a zero rating which is what they deserve..
