Coleman took my money and over a month later have still not delivered, despite projected delivery dates. A construction project is waiting on this and they refuse to allow me to cancel without a 15% fee for their failure. BUY WITH EXTREME CAUTION. They insist that their terms and conditions show that they can have indefinite delays and we as customers have no recourse.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. I completely understand your frustration and would like to apologize for the delays of the delivery. With manufacturers and delivery companies having a shortage in workers and containers at this time, there have been delays in production as well as delays in transit times. The good news is that your furniture arrived at the local delivery company and is ready to be delivered. Please let us know if you'd like to reinstate your order and proceed with delivery.
