Amazon very often sells defective merchandise. They work with merchandisers that cheat, refuse to communicate and don't refund money. It's frustrating to have to spend weeks trying to resolve things and if you don't have the perseverance you won't get anything out of Amazon's a to z guarantee.
I ordered a freezer and spent $250 the seller sent me a freezer I found online for $70.
I had to push the issue to get them to pay for return the shipping.
Then I waited 2 weeks for my refund and had to jump through a zillion hoops to contact Amazon to get my refund.
The tracking information shows that the seller had received the return merchandise 12 days ago... And they still had not refunded my money.
I'm done with Amazon I'm done with their lying and they're cheating because most people will get screwed because they don't have the patience or they don't know how to jump through these hoops to get done what needs to get done.
Word of advice everything you buy do it on a credit card never ever ever use a debit card. With a credit card at least you can contact the bank and you can get a resolution that way.

Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase anything you might possibly have to return.
