Tried using this multiple times. It's never able to verify our information. For the first time ever after much wasted time, I got to the point where I have to join a video call. And it wants us to stare at a computer screen for over two hours to video chat with someone? Best part - the time isn't going down for our wait time, it keeps increasing! I swear they do this on purpose so that working people who have been affected by covid can't access the help, and it's less money they have to put out.
