“This company fraudulently charged my bank account and refuses to give me my money back! Legal matter”

This company fraudulently charged my credit card and claims they never did, however I have a bank statement showing otherwise! I emailed them my statement and they still refuse to pay me back my money! Needless to say this is turning into a lawsuit!
