There is no possible way a company can be delivering the worst customer experiences to 1/2 of their customers and amazing service to the rest.
The only thing I can assume is that the company is writing their own reviews to boost their reputation.
I should add that once I finally got in touch with them, which only occurred once I contacted my bank to have the payment reversed, the product finally arrived over a month later and then they threatened to take "action" against me for mail fraud.
So, basically, they'll do whatever they want with your money and product, then once you finally start to rectify the problem, they turn it around on you. Seriously, do not buy from this company.
