Ordering with Aldo and dealing with their customer service altogether is HORRIBLE. I ordered a pair of shoes online only because it wasn't available in my local stores. I was very excited to receive this product. Why is it that when I received it there was only ONE shoe in the box? Seriously? How does that EVEN HAPPEN? What's worse is their "customer service". When I called my local store they referred me to customer service. When I called customer service they gave me a reference number, stating that once I provide the number I can pick up the other shoe at my local Aldo store. When I called BACK my local store they IGNORED my call. I called for 20+ minutes. Frustrated at this point I called the MALL to TRANSFER me to Aldo. Guess what? Someone answered within moments. What kind of people are they hiring here? They then told me they don't have the shoe and referred me to the next closest store which is out of my city. When I called the store and told them of the reference number they turned me away and said they can't do anything without an E-MAIL? So what good was the reference number? I had to call back customer service AGAIN (on hold for 20 MINUTES) for them to provide the email. So now I have to go OUT OF MY WAY to pick up a pair of shoes that I PAID for and only received ONE SIDE!? Why couldn't they just deliver the shoe to my home directly or at least send it to my nearest store to make this INCONVENIENCE somewhat more convenient? When I asked if they could do that they said "Unfortunately no". Well "unfortunately" this is my LAST time dealing with Aldo and I will make it my duty to let others know of this.
