“Quick Resolution to a daunting issue.”

Debbie provided very courteous professional assistance. She quickly saw the issue and walked through the process which helped me see something I missed which caused a necessary worksheet not to print. The call was answered in a reasonable time; and she had good personality vibes. Not only did she welcome my feedback, she advised me she would take my suggestions to the higher ups.
