Pricing and discounts on the purchased product occur frequently and the buyer is not availed of the changes an opportunity to adjust cost that was charged.
Customers are mislead as to the manufactures country. Sales pressure will delay the cancellation to exhaust the 72 hours of cancellation law.
Fails to communicate with the purchaser as to the transit of the product status.
Arbitrary decision to file a restocking charge.
