I order a jersey which wasn't on sale, but they were offering free upgrade to next business day shipping. I placed my order and then it showed that it would ship within 5 days. I contacted customer service that said the next business day shipping wasn't available even though the website was marketing it and I offered to send a screenshot. Customer service was not helpful and disconnected the chat twice. I won't be ordering again. Hopefully I get the Birthday present in time...
