We purchased an air track that came defective. It would not hold air! POOR QUALITY! Immediately contacted the company and requested to return it. They do not honor their return policy! After a very difficult time with customer service, we had to spend an additional $78 to return the track and were told we would receive an refund as soon as it was returned. We have not received any refund and it was returned 6/10! RUN from this company!

Dear customer,
We are sorry that you have a misunderstanding in our air track, according to your video, we can see that the air valve was not in inflation status.
It needs to be adjusted to inflation status when setting up the air track, or it won't hold the air, as it's deflating. Operating not correctly is not our Quality problem.
It's clearly described on our website that if it's not quality problem, the return cost will be on the buyer.
The payment was refunded and received by the buyer already, it was in processing, different credit card companies take different time for handling the refund.
Hope you understand that it's not in our control.
