I sent a return and they lied about my having worn them, I only tried them on once. They used a fake photo of some other tights. They argued about the returns then when they finally issued a credit it expired within 2 weeks. Plus the amount of postage they deduct for returns is excessive. Customer service people are rude and deceptive. DO NOT ORDER.

I understand that upon receiving your order, you were provided with images of your own paperwork that were sent back along with it. Considering this, it is evident that the paperwork and authorization are authentic and were not forged. However, the item that was returned did not meet the expected standards and was not taken care of adequately. It is crucial to emphasize that disagreement with the company's policy does not exempt customers from following it.
