I ordered a pair of shoes over the phone from Stage Stores my daughter did not like them so I returned them via USPS tracking and they were received December 4th. Stage has stated that they issued me a refund on December 5th however I have never received this. I have called multiple times in the past few months and no one is willing to do much to help. I have even called with my bank on a three way to verify I have not received the refund and Stage has told me there is nothing they will do. Absolutely horrible customer service do not ever order anything from this company! They will steal your money and ignore every attempt you make to correct the situation. No integrity! If you could give less than a one-star they would get a zero
