I recently ordered two items and my credit card was charged. This wasn't my first time ordering from Reformation, and I didn't expect what happened next. Two days later, I got an email from the online store telling me my order had been canceled. Why? Because (they said) they couldn't charge my card. Um...what? I pulled up my credit card account, and yep, there was the pending Reformation charge for the order. Here's where it turns into a horror story. Reformation does not offer a Chat feature or a phone number to contact customer service. Instead they offer a number you can text or you can email. I chose to text. (Well, actually, I ended up doing both, but they were both a waste of time.) You see, after explaining the problem the only answer I received via text was a stock answer (most likely a bot) explaining what I already knew: the order was canceled because they couldn't charge the card. Except they did charge the card. When I responded to say that the charge did in fact go through (Because I was looking at it on my credit card statement online) no one answered me. Then I texted again. No answer. Again and again I sent a text asking for help to resolve the issue. Crickets. No answer...ever. At this point, since they offer zero customer service to speak of, all I can do is dispute the charge with my credit card company and never NEVER buy anything from Reformation again. And if you don't want to go through what I went through, I'd advise you not to purchase from them either.
