I placed an order with this company on 11/28/21. As of 01/12/22, I do not have it. I have sent 4 separate emails to this company asking for a status and/or refund. First, I was told they needed to look into and get back with me, they never did. Two more emails were sent and ignored. Fourth email, I requested a refund. She offered me 10% back and a few more days to wait for the product. I did. Still didn't receive it, again I asked for a refund. She offered me a replacement, I said no I would like a refund. I still do not have the product or the refund!
