Thought the monthly bill being charged was for a different service. When we realized we were paying for a service we didn't use, I contacted them. It took several calls to get it canceled. One of their reps told me our website would not work without their service which was not true as we didn't even use their service. The charge was for so long Ionos would have had to update our credit card information without our approval. Reimbursed us for 3 months. Will try to get the balance reversed on the credit card.
