I like Vichy's products and I prefer ordering directly from the companies instead of through Amazon and other shopping platforms. The first 3 orders arrived swiftly no problem. But this time, the package went missing and I am not having a good experience with their customer service and policy. You will be testing your luck when you get the package, great, but when you don't... It will be frustrating and wasting a lot of time.

I spoke to two sales representatives on the same day. The first one just kicks the ball to UPS and said there is nothing she can do on her end and I need to contact UPS myself.
And the UPS tells me that I need to contact the sender... It's just back and forth and I am just trying to get something I paid for...? It is the same address I used to receive the last three orders and I don't understand why all the sudden the address is not deliverable...
The 2nd representative asked me to provide a different address- and now it says on UPS website "The package has been reported as damaged and we will notify the shipper."
So I am back to square zero again... I will request for a refund.
