I bought a pre owned disk for
My daughters Christmas gift. I bought it from game stop because I trusted them. I am very disappointed in Game Stop. They sent me a disk that did not work. When my daughter got it to college (that is where her wii is located) she could not get it to work. She brought it home today and I took it to Game Stop. They told me they could not replace because I was one day late. No where on my receipt doid it have a last day to return. The girl at store gave me a number to call. I spoke with customer services and I asked to speak with a supervisor. Daniel said that since I wS a day late they could not due anything. I find it hard to believe that Game Stop sent me a dusk that did not work and because I did not check disk in time. One day late that there was absolutely nothing they could do. So I'm out they money I paid for disk $35 plus tax and $7.99 shipping. Because I was one day late. But is ok than an employee did not check to make sure disk worked. I feel thst this is not good business and I'm very disappointed that this is how Game Stop does business. Im also sad that my daughter does not have her gift.
