I received eyelash extensions on Thursday. On Friday, I started to have an allergic reaction. I called the salon and left emails Saturday morning regarding the removal of my lashes as my eyes were itchy, red and swollen. My calls and emails were not returned. I finally drove to the salon to find three women sitting at the front desk doing nothing. One of them was able to "fit me in" and she charged my $50 for 7 minutes of her time to take off the lashes. In total, I spent $400 to have lash extension for less than 48 hours. I would not recommend!

I ordered my contacts on March 30th. I did not receive any updates via email and I was forced to contact customer service on April 5th. At that time, I was informed that the contacts I ordered were out of stock. EZContacts verbally guaranteed that my order would be shipped later that day directly from the supplier. I did not get a shipping confirmation and I called customer service again on April 8th. I was once again guaranteed that my order would ship that day. I asked for an email confirmation of the guarantee. I received the following message instead..."It's Cynthia getting back to you from Ezcontacts. Our supplier actually had your order cancelled. :( I cancelled and refunded your order."

There are many other reliable websites to use. My advice, STAY AWAY!
