Dealing with a Capital One "customer service" person is the most frustrating thing you will ever do in your life. It took over 4 hours on the phone with them to get my credit card activated. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
Do not get this credit card - the aggravation in dealing with Capital One employees isn't worth it
