I purchased a treadmill since 10/2023 the manufacture it's not replacing the treadmill that don't work at all,send emails/pictures/videos and they will not resolve anything it's 1/23/2024 still waiting on a empty box supposed to return the treadmill! Never Again will purchase anything with this manufacturer

Be aware when you purchase from Walmart.com it’s a third party purchased with the worse customer service in the manufacturer. Walmart said they not responsible for this purchase
