“Hidden recurrent charges”

After using them last year, and giving them a 1 Star because I would never use them again.
Come to find out, somehow I signed up for a recurrent yearly charge of $149 to list them as my agent.
I would never have anything to do with them again, and now they refuse to refund my money.
Bad bad business

Once you've paid and they have your EIN number, you can't even log in to view your account. If you call their 877 number, they put you on hold and then after about 10 minutes transfer you to a voice message. :(
