I'm looking into making a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and/or Depart of Justice. If there were the ability to leave no stars it would be zero, This company is overcharging customers without authorization. I'm not sure how I came about signing up, but I signed up for a yearly subscription. I will say that I have not used the product either. After a few months, I noticed an additional re-occuring $25 charge on my credit card. I still have no answer why they, initiated a monthly charge, however, at first, I thought it was a mistake. After not responding, I notified my credit card company and they advised changing the card number. However, the charge appeared again.
