Offered 20% off order for texts. 15% off for Military IDme. Neither worked. No answer at customer service. Chat rep was so slow I had to ask TWICE if she was still on. First she said she would honor 20% off for texts (I already consented) THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN discount does not apply to the boot. Alexis B could not have cared less, was slow and sloppy. I had to state TWICE what my issue was. She did all she could to avoid helping me. I'm glad I did not buy boots - the reviews are wretched - just like the quality of their footwear and customer service

Last March I placed an order on swap.com - the college sweatshirt was actually a Womans, not a Mans like it advertised and it was very cheap material, I never got the discount the rep told me would give. I tried again this week- the zipper on a jacket was flat out torn and broken, rendering it unusable, the rain jacket was not even close to a small and moldy, and the Nike shirt had some verbiage on the NECK - no photo of it, not in description. All of it cheap, old, broken items - barely worthy of a garage sale. Forget swap.com, fellow shoppers - go to Goodwill, Salvation Army or any thrift store - you can SEE what you are buying and the quality will be so much better for half the price. Don't waste your money any more, they have really gone downhill.

I should have read the reviews first... hacked within a week, changed my preferences, could not get back on despite changing password. The people sent were hideous and no normal clean, decent person with a brain would respond. I called customer service and this idiot John (who refused to tell me his last name) acted like it was nothing and would not answer my request to cancel. Called my credit card and they cancelled in a second - so use you CREDIT CARD to get a refund. Don't forget they charge a "one time fee" of the $3.99 - get that back too. It is also SCARY a hacker got right in and changed my data. S T A Y A W A Y!
