I appreciate the quick response and being upfront about my situation. I was told not to hire any company and that I should take my case to my bank for free. I did what they said and my bank said they would put in the dispute so hopefully I will get my money back.
It would have been nice if they would have been able to take my case, but I appreciate that they were also honest and did not charge me for the advice. If they hadn't directed me to my bank I probably would not have been able to get the dispute, just wish I could have someone to speak with thr bank for me. But I guess I am better off with the advice of cnc intelligence even if it's not what I wanted to hear.
