By this time my head was spinning like yours is now. I called
CS again, but they could not do a phone order with PayPal for
A payment method. So, I'm ordering a different gift for 8 of my
Relatives. Problem solved!

I just want information. I don't want dozens of calls a day. I'll take action by calling the agents when I'm ready. Any agent who does call will guarantee that I will NOT use him.
