Purchased 4 different covers for a large sectional, an associate told me which ones to buy. Ordered and received an email saying 2-5 days to process then shipping 5 days later and I would get a tracking number emailed to me once sent out. After a week of nothing I talked to a chat agent who said she wasn't sure why it hasn't been shipped bc the warehouse was in stock and they had my order. She said she would check into it and email me. No response. I checked the site a couple days later and it said Amazon shipping but no tracking number or updates on what was going on. So I sent a message. After back and fourth with the guy it had been delivered earlier in the day but had not been updated nor sent any notifications. Once I finally got it from the post office. One of the covers has the tags on the outside. They don't fit and the agent says they're supposed to have a string to tie underneath and foam strips to help stuff the corners. None of that was provided. She again says someone will email me. I told her I want my money back. Will not pay postage or a restock fee bc of their wrongful advertising and mistakes. Who knows. Maybe I'll get my money back before Xmas. They are great at apologizing though.
