I received a damaged bottle of cologne, which would have been no big deal if so much hadn't leaked out in transit. When I contacted customer service they made me send pictures of boxes, slips, the bottle, etc for three weeks before telling me they weren't going to do anything about it.
Save your time, energy, and money, and do not purchase from these guys. If you do, I sincerely recommend you do not attempt to get any help from customer service, as they will not help you under any circumstances.

Based on the images provided and on the amount of protective materials on the shipping box (presented on the images as well), we were unable to conclude that the damage occurred in transit. Additionally, there was no visible leaking in any of the shipping materials.
Nevertheless, as a courtesy, you may return the bottle to us.
