I usually don't bother with surveys, unless the service was exceptionally bad or exceptionally awesome as in this case. I looked at several websites before choosing ScreenCountry - about 15 minutes and I had all the info that I needed to get my replacement screen. 2 days later the mailman handed me my package. Thanks for the awesome service. I know exactly where I'm getting my next screen replacement :)
