At 25.02.2022, 18:06 (GMT-4) I contacted the seller from link https://articulo.mercadolibre.com.do/MRD-*******-huawei-p50-pro-512gb-desbloqueado-nuevo-oferta*******690-_JM#position=1&search_layout=stack&type=item&tracking_id=5b*******b-99ce-4124-a0b8-6f93ab43f7a0 using phone number *******690 via WhatsApp.
He stated that the phone was available for 38,000 RD$ and gave me the address of the shop: Villa Vasquez street Benito Moncion local number four b.
On 01.03.2022, when the shop location was checked via Google Maps I contacted the seller and tried to rent a car to reach the shop. There was a failure - the car rental company (Budget) did not exist in real life on the selected location in Puerto Plata, so I tried to order a delivery instead.
After getting all the necessary details from / to the seller (warranty, delivery time, delivery price - 500 RD$ and my address) I received the bank account data for payment:

Then I asked if I need to pay ******* RD$ (forgot the exact price) - and, after acknowledgment, on 01.03.2022 11:47 payed ******* RD$ in the nearest Banreservas department.
By 6 minutes later I found the original price - and asked the seller how I can pay the rest; he understood that the money count does not match after a while and said to pay the rest via the bank too.
After I payed 8000 RD$ on 01.03.2022 16:46 in another Banreservas department and shown him receipt photo he wrote that it will be shipped on Thursday (03.03.2022) in the morning. I tried to speed up the shipping, but, due to misunderstanding, it was not shipped on Wednesday.
On the 02.03.2022 we contacted about Huawei wireless chargers (6000 RD$, but for me there was an offer for 4000 RD$) that he got but I decided to wait for the phone first.
On 03.03.2022 13:41 I asked him about the shipment status.
6 minutes later I received a message that 'the phone came out with problems' and, due to another phone delivery on Sunday, he decided to ship the phone to me on Monday.
Then I messaged him that the new shipment date is too late - and I need money refund instead. There was no answer, calls were not answered too.
Since I rented a car in the morning I went to previously given address to the shop - but with no luck.
The shop was present, but nobody knows the man nor the phone number. When I told about the story they called to the local police - and, after the call, directed me to the Santiago police station (I visited them on Friday, but with no luck - they said that I need to visit the police on the place where I'm living, in Puerto Plata).
Due to my location change - that's the reason why I cannot receive the shipment - I came to the Las Terrenas police station on 07.03.2022, 10:51 and filed a complaint about this case.
I still cannot contact this man - I can see that he was online in WhatsApp 6 days ago. However, the announcement is still active, with a bit lower price (******* RD$).
