I coordinate a small educational program and worked with HLS and Scott Eagle last year to design a new system to register our students, keep student data, and generate periodic reports. I sat in meetings with Mr. Eagle for several hours last year, bringing notes to each meeting and attempting to share the information Mr. Eagle would need to design a useful site. He didn't seem to take notes and was dismissive when I attempted to go into detail regarding our requirements for the system. He told me over and over, "Don't worry, we're going to design you something awesome." I was out on medical for the first several weeks of this school year when the new system was first implemented. When I returned, I found a system that was almost entirely useless for our needs. None of the requirements I'd related to him were fulfilled. Months and months of attempts by our leadership to contact him and request changes have not resulted in any improvement. Do not use High Level Studios.
