Ok, to start I love this product! However if you need it in a timely manner plan on contacting them right after you place the order then remind them again to ship it. My husband bought me some shampoo for Christmas and he called weeks after placing the order to find out it hadn't shipped. Appears to have been forgotten but getting a straight answer isn't possible. We dismissed that as a fluke. On Dec 30 I decided to order a few more things. Jan 7th I noticed it had not shipped yet. So I went to their site to use the track order function where it told me the order didn't exist, however I got an email confirmation of the order. I contacted customer service and they informed me the server is having issues but it shipped and provided me tracking. I find it way too coincidental that the order shipped the same day I asked about it. So the only 2 orders we ever placed both somehow were forgotten? I don't know but it really seems strange. What is going on it their shipping department?
