“Terrible customer service”

I ordered clip in hair extensions for thinning hair. The product arrived (although later than stated) and appeared to be adequate quality. The color was not a match for me so I followed the instructions for return/exchange. It has been 2 months and despite several emails, phone calls, and reaching out via Facebook and Instagram, there has been no response. I will never be ordering from here again nor will I recommend them.
