This website processed our order immediately and charged our credit card the same day. Yet the order was held (for a week) because the usps website failed to validate our address; mind you we get our phone and electric bill using the address we entered. When I called them they said that since they are an on-line website they only communicate via email. NO where on their website do they state that they only communicate via email nor do they state that all addresses must be validated through the us postal system. Most places that uses that system has it built in to their website so that when you enter your address it gives you a validated address to choose from, this one did not.
