I ordered an oversized sneaker that was too big, spoke w customer svc to arrange an exchange. Was advised to purchase the correct size and wait for the money return bc it could take up to 14 business days. Once I had done that, they refused return of the original pair and left me with 2 pairs of $580 sneakers. The sneaks are 100% new! Poor customer svc! Would not resolve the matter. I feel like I've been scammed!

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't buy the sneakers online as their customer service is HORRIBLE. The assistants who answer the calls cannot do anything except say that they'll have someone call you back and they never call. It took 3 weeks and about 10 phone calls before I finally spoke w Rose in mgmt who still wouldn't help me!!! Leadership in this company really sucks.
