They owe me 30 dollars. I've been waiting for more than a month to get my money back. Too unfair and unprofessional, deceitful traders. See for yourself! Here is part of the correspondence:

We have cancelled the order for you and applied for a refund. We have some process to go for issuing a refund, which will take some time.

15-25 days is just a normal processing time for us, but sometimes we also deal with the refund soon.
