Two months ago, I tried to purchase two Coach handbags from this website, who claimed they were legitimate COACH, using the COACH logo. When I entered my credit card number, a page came up saying that the transaction could not be completed, and to try again. So I did, and a page came up saying it again. This was a debit/visa card, so the money was being taken out of my bank account not once, but twice. The total amount that I lost is close to $500. When I realized what was going on, I called my bank and told them to cancel this card, and that I would be in to get a new one.
This company contacted me to tell me that the handbags I ordered weren't in stock. I told them to forget the order and to just refund my money but to refund it to a new card number, as the one I gave them no longer existed. This was two months ago. They have not replied to me, even though I send them messages every single day. They stole money out of my account and I just want it back. My advice to anyone is make sure that whatever you buy online goes through paypal, or is on this continent. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT IS NOT REAL COACH, THEY ARE A FRAUD! They will steal your money and not respond to your concerns.
No where on the website does it claim they are from China, had I known this, I don't think I would of ordered.
This is a horrible company, and I don't understand why this website is still up and running. I have contacted the real COACH and they told me to report this website to the fraud department, which I did.
Please, for the few dollars you think you might save on buying a cheaper handbag, just buy from your own country.
