I played this game a ton as a kid and I wanted to play again for nostalgia's sake. First red flag should've been that the usual sign up process wasn't as thorough as it once was. I was able to sign up without filling out personal info first but figured it was changed to make it easier for younger girls to sign up and start playing. I was wrong. This entire website is unprofessional. I signed up for a 1-month superstar membership off the bat, paid with PayPal and the money has been taken from my account but my status never updated to superstar. I still have the option to pay for superstar AGAIN as if i never did this. There's nothing about this in FAQ and no way to properly contact customer service. I reached out to the company on twitter and got no response. On top of this frustration I tried verifying my email and never received one. Just a "subscribe to newsletter" button. It's as if the email was never submitted in the first place. On top of this, the gameplay is BROKEN. The apartment does not filly load, there is no closet. It's as if the code is no longer complete. Initial gameplay should've started with character customization which never popped up. Out of frustration, I decided to simply remove my payment information and delete my account but there is no option for either of these actions besides printing out a form, putting all of my personal information, and snail-mailing it. More complaints that are less relevent is inflation- there is barely any free content on this game's shops anymore (purple currency) it's no longer user friendly. I'm having a harder time navigating this website as an internet savvy 23-year-old adult than I was as a 9-year-old. DO NOT GIVE THIS WEBSITE YOUR MONEY!
