I purchased 2 tickets on December 30.2022 for the Janet Jackson concert in Charlotte, NC for May 12,2023, I purchased them very early. I viewed the stadium layout at their site, selected my seats after seeing the price, paid $159 and changed on my credit card, received the confirmation that the payment was confirmed and how to retrieve the tickets before the concert. Everything appeared to be going great. Concert night, I get there and my scanned tickets aren't working. The attendant tells me to go to the box office. They tell me to show them the original email. They tell me I bought Fast Lane tickets not concert tickets. What?
Since we are there, we try to purchase lawn seats for total of $95 and the couple before us had experienced they same thing and bought the last two.
Totally ruined everything. Deceptively website. Everyone need to complain and put them out of business.
