Do not not order anything online from Ardene. I was sent a pair of defective shoes. I returned them through Canada post a month ago. It took them a month to process it. And you have to pay $5 stocking fee. I received my shipment, but the shoes were yellow when the were suppose to be white. They were not refunded. I have been on hold for almost 2 hours…no luck yet. Message keeps saying you can send an email…don t fall for that. I waited close to three weeks to hear back from them. Finally I had to call and be on hold another hour. It's a bad business. Buy in store NOT online!
