This is honestly the first review I have ever left for a company online in the form of a complaint. I was in a Bealls store in North Carolina when I witness two females, walk out the door with a cart, absolutely full of merchandise, along with a black Jessica Simpson suitcase, which possibly would have had items inside as well. I very quickly informed the staff as the two women were putting items in their car as fast as I possibly could. No one seemed concerned at all. When I tried to call the customer service number to report this as well I have honestly never had anyone in customer service speak as rudely as the person I spoke with. She was not interested at all in what I had to say even after I told her that it was a matter of a large theft. I am an avid bills shopper in my local store and it's several of the stores and surrounding areas. I have never had an issue. I can count on one hand. The amount of times I've ever made a customer complaint I am not a." Karen." But it is extremely discouraging to work really hard and use that hard earned money to buy yourself and your family.
