Homeshop 18 has done this again. Online paid for a product. But neither the product was delivered nor have they given the refund back.
Even after following up with the customer service from June, now the agent says it is too old to refund.
Horrible management.
I am scared how come they are still doing business after cheating so many people and why is the government not taking any action.
