I purchased tickets at 10:45am. Found cheaper tickets at 11:20am. I called customer support to only find out I would be charged $50 fee for canceling IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. Mind you it is $10 cheaper with the actual airline. This is unacceptable and misleading. I will NOT use this company NOR will I recommend this company to anyone. On my receipt, it clearly reflects $10 booking fee; however, the company is in need of a profit at my expense.
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase until you have exhausted all measures. This site should be LAST resort.
Products used:
You can cancel for a refund, minus the $50 booking fee (that you actually paid $10 for).
