I have tried to email to return 6 items. All items were too small. Material poor quality.
No respond from company. Finally, after my initial review, 2 months after ordering I get an email saying they do no have any record of my orders.
I guess, I am not getting a refund on 6 items I can't wear. I am filing a report with BBB. They are a company operating in China hence it takes them an extremely long time to fulfill the order. But a BBB report could affect this company.
BE CAREFUL or better still dont buy from JUSTFASHION.
