I order for Glass dining table with 6 chairs which they deliver on 21 Nov the person that brought the table to my place went back to assemble it then he found its was damaged now Konga customer care said the table was well packed hence its got damaged at my place something I bought over 100k, unbelievable!
Please becareful what you order from this company they only interested to take money when something go wrong you'll experience worst service. I'm disappointed on konga.
What investigation did you do before conclusion? Did you contact your team in Asaba and benin to ask details? From my follow-up they're aware of the damaged table, your goods was well packed then it's got damaged at my place when its was still inside original packaging?
