I am moving out, and I gave them the size of the house, rooms, etc. they quoted me, and set appointment. My house needed a deep clean, so it would take more time. They did not reach out and say they needed more time. They didn't do one room well. When I walked in and saw the kitchen it first looked great, but the floor wasn't done or done well, there was a cobweb in the corner. They threw away things that they shouldn't have. They just didn't do a good job for 3 cleaners for 3.5 hours. I had a friend stop by, and I guess a cleaner was taking a break on the steps eating a sandwich. I think complained about the work that was done and things thrown away. The person was super rude. I understand sticking up for your staff, but I send pictures, and explain if they could've even done one room well, I would be more understanding. I checked my card to see a pending of $150 over what I was quoted. They didn't communicate sending another person would cost more, they didn't communicate the amount they were going to charge since it was different than the quote. The maids didn't spend more time there…finally they said they would refund the $150.
I was so excited and hopeful that this was going to go great, but it was horrible and then to have someone be rude after made it worse. Lesson learned!
