I have written a post before about this company when I wanted to withdraw my money and close the account. Then I had about 18,000 euro and no open trades in the account.
This happened: They stopped calling and I could not get hold of them either by email or phone. After about 1.5 months, I got customer service that helped me get a new administrator who would help get the money out. Then he explains that I may not withdraw my money until a certain number of trades have been made, but he would solve this and I would get my money back. It took another 1,5 months and nothing happened. All of a sudden when I was lying on a bit that I want my money out and something has to happen, they put up a crazy lot of trades and my account went minus and I lost everything in just a few days. Lucky for me after consulting several agents i found ᴄʀypᴛoʀèᴄ0vêʀyʟᴛd ᴄᴏᴍ < who made sure i got all mt funds back from them.
