I ordered Belgian Artisanal Truffles advertised as 2nd Day delivery, on 1-31-2021, for 2-22-2021 delivery. By 3-3-2021 nothing arrived and there was no communication from Harry&David about delays. I contacted them and canceled the order. I received a refund in two parts: shipping cost+product cost. On 3-16-2021 the recipient received a parcel from H&D. I requested a return label to ship it back, since they refunded. They never emailed the label. On 3-28-2021 the recipient opened the package to find moldy muffins in there. Not sure if they were molded on arrival or while they were waiting to be shipped back. In any case, that's not what I ordered and certainly don't feel like I can rely on them with a delivery on a special occasion.
