I bought a 10' x 14' rug and it matches well with the website description. It is carefully woven and it's quality shows in the texture, thickness, and weight. The photos shared by other users also helps a lot. The only thing I wish Rugs USA can improve would be the packaging because the plastic bag that contained the product was partially torn apart. Luckily it was not a rainy day when it arrived. Otherwise, I may have a wet rug.
Good price. Good quality. The website was well designed and has all the information I am looking for as well as multiple payment method to choose from. The shipping logistic was also well maintained. I also checked the review to make sure Rugs USA was legit before I placed my order. Overall the reputation of the website made me decide to trust ans try once. And I am happy with the result.
After comparing with other websites (Wayfair, C&B, Ruggable, Amazon, West Elm…), The price is reasonable for such a big area rug with great quality. And the website is trustworthy. I particularly like the section on the website where other customers share their photos. Really helps me to decide how it might look like in my house and peek into the quality of the product.
