Spent $244.86 while vacationing in Virginia, returned home, opened and tried the various products and the quality was awful. Went to local store (Ellenton, FL), where they REFUSED to refund. Attempted contact with the store manager to no avail, attempted national customer service with no response, called corporate and even the executive office and left 3 voice messages on different dates and times, approximately 1-2 weeks apart. All efforts fell on deaf ears. Disgusted customer.
